In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 horror games on Android in Latin America showcased varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

Identity V from NetEase Games experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $13K in late July and dipping to around $4K by the end of September. Weekly downloads started strong at 8.7K in late June but declined to about 5.5K by the end of the quarter. Meanwhile, weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around the 90K mark throughout the period.

Poppy Playtime Chapter 2, released by Mob Entertainment in mid-August, saw its highest weekly revenue of about $25K in late August, followed by a gradual decrease to roughly $4.5K by the end of September. Weekly downloads mirrored this trend, starting at 5.6K and falling to approximately 1.7K.

Dead by Daylight Mobile by Behaviour Interactive maintained a relatively stable revenue stream, fluctuating around the $2K mark. Downloads saw a significant spike to nearly 30K in early July but tapered off to about 13K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained consistent, averaging around 45K.

Myths of Moonrise from StarFortune, launched in mid-August, showed promising growth. Weekly revenue increased from $327 in its debut week to approximately $5.7K by the end of September. Downloads peaked at nearly 142K in its second week before settling around 18K. Active users grew from 33K to around 39K over the same period.
